Support Group

How it works

As a first responder, your work comes with unique challenges, but also remarkable moments of connection and pride. Our support group is here to provide a safe and open space for first responders to connect, share, and find mutual support—not only for the difficult times but for celebrating the rewarding parts of your job as well.

This group is for both the highs and the lows. Led by PWC volunteer and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Chelsea Moore, this monthly gathering offers a supportive environment where you can freely discuss your journey alongside others who truly understand you.

What to expect

A Welcoming Environment
Our group is self-led by participants, meaning it’s shaped by the voices and experiences of those in attendance. Chelsea Moore will be present as a facilitator, creating a supportive and confidential setting for open dialogue.

For All First Responders
Whether you’re a firefighter, EMS professional, law enforcement officer, dispatcher, or any other first responder, you’re welcome here. This is a place to process shared challenges, celebrate positive experiences, and build camaraderie with others on the same path.

Refreshments Provided
Enjoy light snacks and beverages as we gather to relax and connect.
